Tim Potter

Tim has led the firm since 2005. He's responsible for leading on the firm's culture and values, setting the direction and ensuring that we get where we want to be. Tim spends a lot of his time with clients providing commercial support and advice, whilst also supporting HURST with its international reach representing the firm within Prime Global.

I love my role because...

I get the opportunity, day in day out, to help our great team and clients to become the best version of themselves.

My favourite thing about HURST is...

Our team have a deeply embedded caring for our clients, we call them Hursties. Once a client joins us, they rarely leave us unless they reach the end of their personal journey as we get asked to sell them. I am so proud of the Hurstie Team!

Our clients choose HURST because...

We help them achieve their goals and get to where they want to be. Clients tell us they value our insight, our ideas, the way we take problems off their desk, having someone to act as a sounding board and a pal when times are tough. They also like having someone to hold them accountable to what they said they want to achieve.

When I imagine HURST in 2031...

We will be flying high with the same great culture focussed on giving great client service and making the team member experience better than ever.
