Ryan gains promotion to associate partner
Ryan Tattler, who joined HURST as a trainee, has been promoted to associate partner.
Since qualifying in 2018, Ryan has now been promoted through the ranks four times to reach his latest position in our business services team.
The team, which carries out audit, compliance, strategic advisory, outsourcing and business planning work for a growing national client base, is the largest at HURST with over 70 staff.
Ryan is the latest business services team member to gain promotion. Earlier this year, Aaron Booth, Alex Burgon and Lisa Everett became managers and Georgia Hall became an associate manager.
Aaron, Georgia and Lisa all joined HURST as trainees and qualified with the firm.
Danielle Tierney was recently promoted to manager with HURST Corporate Finance.
Audit specialist Ryan, who acts for clients across a range of sectors including manufacturing, transport and logistics and property investment, said: “I’m incredibly proud to have been promoted to associate partner. It’s a significant milestone in my career and a reflection of the support and opportunities I’ve had at HURST over the past 10 years.
“The variety and complexity of the work make each day different and rewarding, and I owe a great deal to the colleagues who have trained and developed me along the way.
“Hopefully I can be an example to our trainees and recently-qualified team members that you don’t need to move around to progress in your career, as HURST provides all the opportunities you need to thrive.
“It’s a brilliant place to work, and I’m excited to contribute even more as part of the leadership team.”
Mike Jackson, who heads our business services team, said: “We pride ourselves on providing a supportive environment where our people are nurtured and empowered to develop their careers, and Ryan is just one example of the many talented individuals who have joined us as trainees and gone on to progress within the practice.
“Ryan has shown he can build strong relationships with clients while maintaining the market leading professional standards we expect. He has also shown himself to be a strong leader within the firm, helping to drive change and develop how we run the business.”
