Partnership with Vistage Inside
We have partnered with Vistage Inside, the world’s most trusted CEO coaching and peer advisory organisation, to bring world-class development opportunities to our team. We are the first accountancy firm headquartered in the north to launch a Vistage Inside programme for future leaders. Vistage, with 45,000 members worldwide, is a global leader in personal development and advisory groups for CEOs, key executives, and leadership teams.
Our two-year Vistage Inside programme combines tailored workshops with speaker sessions, insight papers, webinars, and one-on-one coaching. Currently, three of our Partners and one Senior Manager participate in a standard Vistage group alongside professionals from other firms and businesses, some of which are our clients. Additionally, twelve of our Managers and Partners are part of Vistage’s Developing Leaders programme. Every other month, Vistage brings in a speaker for all our Managers and Partners, followed by a specialised workshop for the ‘Developing Leaders Group’.
3Qhub: Your Partner in Leadership
Another cornerstone of our career development strategy is our collaboration with 3Qhub, which offers comprehensive management and leadership support.
Here’s how our development pathway unfolds:
Stage 1 (First 2 Years): New starters and trainees focus on foundational skills as they transition to becoming seniors.
Career Enrichment Programme (2 Years): Newly qualified staff enter this programme, which includes opportunities for secondments to other departments, firms, or clients, often abroad. Upon completion, participants receive an additional four weeks off and a month’s extra pay, encouraging them to explore and recharge.
Stage 2 (Following 2 Years): During the Career Enrichment Programme, employees begin Stage 2, aiming to complete it within two years, preparing them to become Associate Managers and then Managers.
Stage 3 (Next 2 Years): When ready, employees embark on Stage 3, designed to hone their skills, and prepare them for senior leadership roles.
PrimeGlobal Events and Internal Opportunities
Our Managers and Partners also benefit from participating in PrimeGlobal events. PrimeGlobal, the Association of Advisory and Accounting Firms, is an award-winning network of over 300 independent firms in 112 countries, providing a rich platform for learning and networking. Additionally, our internal events offer continuous opportunities for professional growth and connection within the firm.
Lunch & Learns
More recently, we have started our 'Lunch & Learns' where team members either host small presentations over lunch or we bring in external experts to provide valuable sessions. These events are designed to foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning in a relaxed, engaging environment.
Advancing Leaders Programme with PrimeGlobal and Vistage
In collaboration with PrimeGlobal and Vistage, we are excited to launch the ‘Advancing Leaders’ programme. This initiative will feature groups composed of staff from PrimeGlobal member firms, providing a unique opportunity for cross-firm learning and leadership development.
Bespoke Development Opportunities
We offer a range of bespoke development opportunities for those who want to take their career to the next level. Examples include immersion secondments, coaching, and mentoring. Additionally, through our membership in PrimeGlobal, we provide international opportunities such as “Workations” abroad, conference attendance, and international secondments.
