Nigel Barratt

Head of Corporate Finance

Nigel heads our Corporate Finance team. The team advises clients on transactions whether selling their business, acquiring businesses or raising finance to grow.

I love my role because...

We have great clients who are passionate about their business, however, each client is different and has its own unique challenges. So every day is different and I am still learning and being challenged.

My favourite thing about HURST is...

We have a great team with a can-do approach who are really committed to doing their best for clients, so running the business is pretty simple!

Nigel Barratt HURST

We align ourselves with the client's ambition, we want to help them succeed and put in place a team to deliver a great service that is pro-actively supporting ambition.

Our clients choose HURST because...

We align ourselves with the client's ambition, we want to help them succeed and put in place a team to deliver a great service that is pro-actively supporting ambition.

When I imagine HURST in 2031...

A dynamic leadership team that has grown with Hurst with the same culture and ethos and an ambition to continue as an independent owner-managed business supporting similar clients. Of course, the new team may require some wise older heads every now and again!

Favourite place for a client coffee...

Still love Manchester!
