What I do
Predominantly provide advice and assistance to shareholders of owner managed businesses who are contemplating / actively seeking an exit from their business. During the sale process we lead, advise and manage the full transaction ensuring shareholder wealth maximisation with the least amount of disruption.

I joined HURST in September 2011 as a graduate trainee Chartered Accountant following a 12 month University placement in 2009. Qualifying in the summer of 2014, I spent a total of 5 years in the Business Services team managing a portfolio of audit clients.
Having completed an International secondment to US Prime Global firm Moore Colson in 2015, I joined the Corporate Finance team where I act in a lead advisory role on a number of transactions.
