Helen Besant-Roberts

Helen runs a portfolio of clients in a variety of sectors. Her role is to support HURST’s clients in achieving their goals and in meeting their compliance needs. She is also responsible for the training and development of the HURST team.

I love my role because...

It’s so rewarding. I really feel as though I’m making a difference to people’s lives. If I’m able to help just one person each day, then my time has been well spent.

My favourite thing about HURST is...

That every day is different. I could be meeting with clients, overseeing audit work, supporting staff training or facilitating workshops. I’m always meeting new people and learning new things.

When I imagine HURST in 2031...

I’d like to think we will still have a team of dedicated and talented “Hursties” working with inspiring clients. Perhaps we’ll all be travelling in driverless vehicles or meeting in virtual environments but, regardless of technological advances, nothing can replace personal interaction.
