There are already speculations around the longevity of Entrepreneurs’ Relief as we know it, along with the controversy around strengthening of off-payroll working rules (otherwise known as IR35), amongst other things.

It is also likely that major changes concerning capital gains tax on main residences and a shift in the starting point for National Insurance Contributions will be announced.

As is often the way with any Budget, there are likely to be implications for both businesses and individuals, so it is important that professional guidance is sought to ensure you plan in accordance with the new legislations.

The 2020 Budget Briefing will give you the opportunity to gain a full understanding of what lies ahead, how it will affect you and there will also be ample opportunity to ask specific questions.
