The growing audit and advisory team at HURST, the North West accountants and business advisors, has been strengthened by the appointment of audit manager Andrew Judson.

Andrew has joined HURST’s Stockport office from BDO Stoy Hayward, Manchester, where he spent three years acting for a wide range of owner managed businesses, public companies and international groups. Before that he worked for a couple of smaller accountancy practices in Stockport.

At HURST, Andrew will be advising owner managed businesses in the region on growth, increasing shareholder wealth and preparing for business exit.

Said Andrew: “HURST’s audit and advisory department is expanding rapidly as the number of clients using its services continues to increase. It’s a great opportunity for me to join a team that sets such high standards of quality and professionalism.”

A keen lacrosse player and member of Heaton Mersey Lacrosse Club, Andrew lives in Heaton Norris, Stockport, with his partner.
