Simon Brownbill joins HURST
DIRECTOR ROLE FOR MARKETING SPECIALIST SIMON BROWNBILL

Simon Brownbill, a specialist in professional services marketing, has been appointed by north west accountants and advisors HURST as director of marketing. He joins HURST from Manchester niche law firm Hempsons where he held a senior marketing position.

 

Simon will be responsible for marketing at HURST which has offices in Stockport and Manchester. His work will include co-ordinating the wide variety of marketing activity carried out at the practice and further improving communication with clients.

 

Managing partner Tim Potter said: “Simon joins at an important stage in the development of HURST. We are growing rapidly and widening our service offering. Simon will play a key part in our ambitious growth and business development strategy. He will ensure our clients gain a better understanding of the breadth of the services we provide and the benefits they will gain from our expertise.”

 

Simon said: “I am thrilled to join such a well respected firm and have the opportunity of working with its clients who are based regionally, nationally and overseas. I look forward to launching some exciting marketing initiatives over the coming months.”


Simon, who is married with one child and lives in Disley, worked in the business-to-business marketing division of BT for seven years where he introduced several successful integrated electronics marketing campaigns both in the UK and Eastern Europe. Before joining Hempsons he worked for a London based marketing consultancy where he ran campaigns for a range of blue chip clients.
